1. Scope

The website presents the studio’s creative portfolio and editorial publications. Public browsing does not require registration. The website does not offer checkout, accept payments or collect payment-card details. This notice concerns the website and communications initiated through its contact links.

2. Information processed

When you contact us by email or through a linked social platform, we receive the contact details, message and attachments you provide. Correspondence is handled through the relevant communication service and is not automatically copied into a customer database on this website.

Hosting and security services process technical request data, which may include IP address, browser information, requested URL and timestamp. ChatGPT Sites also provides built-in traffic statistics. We have not added Google Analytics, advertising pixels or remarketing tags. Google Search Console supplies search-performance reports without adding a tracking script to the website.

3. Purposes of processing

Information is used to deliver and secure the website, identify technical failures or abuse, respond to enquiries and handle rights-related requests. Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes rely on legitimate interests in operating a secure portfolio and responding to correspondence, steps requested before entering a contract, or a legal obligation, as appropriate.

We do not sell contact information or automatically enrol correspondents in marketing communications.

4. Cookies and local storage

Cloudflare may set security cookies when serving this website. The observed __cf_bm cookie supports bot detection and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Authentication cookies are used for protected editing access. A session-storage entry, yourrsv-intro, controls repetition of the opening animation for the duration of the browser tab’s session. These mechanisms are not used by us for advertising.

Cookies and local storage can be managed through browser settings. Restricting them may affect security checks, authentication or presentation features. Details of Cloudflare cookies are available in the provider information below.

5. Service providers and international processing

The website is hosted by OpenAI through ChatGPT Sites, using Cloudflare infrastructure. Email correspondence is handled through iCloud Mail; messages sent on social platforms are handled by those platforms. These providers process information required to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

Provider infrastructure may process information outside your country. The relevant provider agreements, including the applicable OpenAI data-processing addendum, describe processing arrangements and transfer safeguards. This notice does not represent that all information is stored in a particular country.

6. Retention and security

Correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably required to address the enquiry, maintain the related working relationship, resolve a dispute or meet applicable legal obligations. The purpose of the correspondence, its continuing relevance and any applicable legal requirements determine that period. Technical records and backups are subject to the relevant provider’s retention arrangements.

The website uses HTTPS and restricted access for publishing functions. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data, restriction of processing or data portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests can be sent to the contact address below. Information reasonably necessary to verify a request may be requested before it is fulfilled.

You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority where that right applies. A request does not override a legal requirement to retain particular records.

8. AI-generated imagery and independent concepts

The studio uses generative AI in its creative projects. Models and characters in those AI projects are synthetic and are not presented as photographed real individuals or documentary evidence of actual events. This description applies to creative projects, not to the founders’ profile photographs. Concept visuals may depict fictional settings or product characteristics; they are not technical specifications or evidence of actual product performance.

Independent concepts are creative presentations. Depiction of a product, name or brand does not itself establish a commission, commercial relationship, sponsorship or endorsement. Any commissioned collaboration should be identified in the relevant project information. AI generation does not, by itself, establish exclusive ownership or clear third-party rights.

9. Portfolio materials and external services

Publication does not grant a licence or permission to reproduce, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit portfolio materials, except where permitted by applicable law or separately authorised. Any rights recognised by law in human-authored contributions, branding and third-party materials remain with the respective rights holders. Licensing enquiries should be directed to the contact address below. Any permission from the studio extends only to rights it is entitled to license; any necessary third-party permissions must be agreed separately.

Portfolio content is provided for presentation and information. It is not a binding offer or a guarantee of a particular project outcome. Project scope, deliverables and usage permissions are agreed separately. This notice does not replace or amend an individually agreed project contract. External links lead to services governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Unless separately authorised or permitted by applicable law, protected materials must not be republished as your own work, included in another portfolio, used in advertising, sold or sublicensed. Attribution, watermarks and rights notices must not be removed where their removal infringes applicable rights. Crediting the studio alone does not replace any required permission.

Where applicable rights are infringed, the relevant rights holder may request removal through the publishing platform’s procedures and pursue remedies available under applicable law. The scope of protection, including for AI-assisted materials, depends on the work and the applicable law.

10. Rights enquiries and updates

For concerns about copyright, a likeness, a trademark or attribution, provide the relevant page URL, identify the material and explain the basis of the concern. We will review the information and determine the appropriate response; contacting us does not limit any remedies available under applicable law.

This notice may be revised to reflect changes to the website or its processing practices. The revision date is shown above. Where applicable law requires additional notification, that requirement continues to apply.
